Friðrik Steinn Kristjánsson has over 25 years of experience in the field of pharmaceuticals. After graduating from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Copenhagen in 1985, Mr. Kristjánsson worked in the pharmaceutical generic industry in Iceland until he founded Omega Farma  in 1990. He was the CEO of Omega Farma until it became a part of Actavis 2002. In 2004 Mr. Kristjánsson founded Invent Farma where Silfurberg was the main shareholder. In 2005 Invent Farma acquired Laboratorios Lesvi (FDF plant) and Inke (API plant) in Barcelona. In 2016 Invent Farma Group was acquired by funds advised by Apax Partners. Invent Farma is now a part of Neuraxpharm.

Ingibjörg Jónsdóttir, Director of Silfurberg Art Fund, was educated at the Icelandic Collage of Art and Crafts, Reykjavík, Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts Schools, Copenhagen Denmark. She has worked as a visual artist and curator in Iceland, Europe, and the United States, as well as teaching art at the Iceland University of the Arts. She is the Founder and Director of BERG Contemporary, an international gallery located in Reykjavík.

Kristinn Pálmason, Financial Manager joined Silfurberg in early 2018 after years of close collaboration with Silfurberg's owners on the Spanish pharmaceutical group Invent Farma (now Neuraxpharm). Kristinn has extensive experience in international corporate finance and management and over 17 years within the financial markets. Before joining Silfurberg Kristinn was an investment manager for the PE fund Framtakssjóður Íslands since its acquisition of the investment company Vestia in 2010. His role was from originating investment and disposals to strategic board positions. Kristinn also worked for the Icelandic commercial bank Landsbanki where he managed multiple positions from 2002 within M&A advisory, Leveraged debt and syndications in London and corporate banking. Kristinn has served on board of directors within multiple companies which include Invent Farma in Spain, Medicopack in Denmark, Seachill in the UK and Gadus in Belgium, the European groups Promens Group and Icelandic Group, the Nordic group Advania and the Icelandic companies N1, Parlogis, Húsasmiðjan and Plastprent. Kristinn has a MSc in Corporate Finance and BSc in Business Administration from Reykjavik University.

Áshildur Friðriksdóttir is the founder and managing director of Berg energy ventures, a US subsidiary of Silfuberg that focuses on early-stage investments in the technology and renewable energy sector. Áshildur holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iceland and has been working as an academic researcher in Materials Science at Caltech and UC Santa Barbara.
