Friðrik Steinn Kristjánsson

Friðrik Steinn Kristjánsson has over 25 years of experience in the field of pharmaceuticals. After graduating from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Copenhagen in 1985, Mr. Kristjánsson worked in the pharmaceutical generic industry in Iceland until he founded Omega Farma  in 1990. He was the CEO of Omega Farma until it became a part of Actavis 2002. In 2004 Mr. Kristjánsson founded Invent Farma where Silfurberg was the main shareholder. In 2005 Invent Farma acquired Laboratorios Lesvi (FDF plant) and Inke (API plant) in Barcelona. In 2016 Invent Farma Group was acquired by funds advised by Apax Partners. Invent Farma is now a part of Neuraxpharm.

Ingibjörg Jónsdóttir
Director of Silfurberg Art Fund
Founder of BERG Contemporary

Ingibjörg studied at the Icelandic Collage of Art and Crafts, Reykjavík, Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts Schools, Copenhagen Denmark. She has worked as a visual artist and curator in Iceland, Europe, and the United States, as well as teaching art at the Iceland University of the Arts. Ingibjörg is the Founder and Director of BERG Contemporary, an international gallery located in Reykjavík.

Áshildur Friðriksdóttir
CEO of Berg Energy Ventures

Áshildur is the founder and CEO of Berg Energy Ventures, a US subsidiary of Silfurberg that focuses on early-stage technology investments. Áshildur holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iceland and is currently a PhD candidate in Materials Science and Engineering at Stanford University.
